Recently Bank of Ireland Mortgages have been sending this letter to several clients offering them the option to move their mortgage to another provider in order to encourage clients to do this Bank of Ireland Mortgages are willing to;
They are also encouraging customers to go to non-independent call centre style mortgage broker London & Country to facilitate this move. It’s important that Bank of Ireland’s customers are aware that they do not have to use London & Country to receive these incentives to move. As long as the paperwork is correctly filed Bank of Ireland customers can use any mortgage broker or independent financial adviser in order to move their mortgage that they wish. We also believe from the wording of the letter that Bristol & West another of the brands used by Bank of Ireland may also be writing to their clients on this same matter. If you would like to discuss your options without cost or obligation then please feel free to contact me. For mortgages we can be paid by commission, or a fee usually £400 Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep repayments on your mortgage. |
